Cameroon’s fashion week has begun in Yaoundé with an urban procession dedicated to the cotton festival. The performance, titled “Cotton Pride, from seed to clothing,” included dancers, actors, clowns, and giant puppets. The Cameroonian Centre of Fashion Designers organised the urban parade (CCMC). The fashion show served as a warm-up for the Fashion and Design Forum.
