The beauty firm famed for its colour cosmetics, Mac Cosmetics, is launching a skincare line. Hyper Real is intended to improve skin while also enhancing makeup. It will be available for purchase in over 1,500 Mac shops globally, as well as online, beginning in January. The worldwide skincare industry is expected to reach $181 billion by 2025, up from $155 billion in 2021. According to Moudachirou Rebois, Mac’s Hyper Real skincare line has been in development for four years.

Hyper Real products contain a rare Japanese peony extract, niacinamide to boost cell turnover, hyaluronic acid for hydration, and ceramides to improve the skin barrier. Mac Cosmetics has established a separate product development and marketing department. Marketing will be offered in a targeted manner via many channels. The launch will feature a Los Angeles event in January 2023.
