Gen Z is quite bold when it comes to creating individual identity and forming opinions. A recent Gen Z trend, maximalism, is rejecting minimalism reclaiming that Venturi’s Less is a bore. Maximalism is all about maximising everything from form to texture and colours. People are designing their rooms with multiple things with variations in terms of colors and shape. Quirk and Rescue’s Miss Pink says that maximalism can is never too much as you can never have too much for everything.
