Authentic Brands Group, the conglomerate that owns Reebok, Forever 21 and Juicy Couture, is ready to purchase the UK-based fashion brand Ted Baker for £211 million, or $254 million. The deal value denotes a premium of around 18% to the British fashion brand’s closing price last week, and Ted Baker is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). After the deal is sealed, Authentic Brands Group would allow one or more operating companies to manage Ted Baker’s stores, e-commerce processes, and wholesale business.
