Pakistan to witness a 30% export decrease in the textile clothing industry

Due to heavy flooding, Pakistan’s economy is on the verge of witnessing some adverse business outcomes.Fashion industry leaders and financial experts have predicted that the country should prepare for a 30% drop in textile-clothing exports for the year. Initially, The All Pakistan Textile Mills Association expected textile exports to be $21 billion. The agricultural sector has been hit badly by floods, and there will be a shortage of cotton supply to international fashion retailers.
