Coach launches Y2K-inspired Demi bag

Gen Z’s appetite for Y2K or other vintage trends increases during the pandemic and the obsession only seems to increase. The Demi bag from Coach is being reissued in brand-new hues. Coach has succeeded in cementing its place in the present zeitgeist of fashion as a favourite among Gen Zers. All of us have a nostalgic hankering and cherish everything from the early 2000s close to our hearts in terms of fashion.

A Y2K symbol, the Demi bag was first introduced in 2003. The Coach design team is now redesigning that exact bag for today’s fashionistas. Model Anajah Hamilton and influencer Gabrielle Richardson are featured in the most recent advertising campaign for the new Demi bag.
