Frasers Group, a British retail and intellectual property group, has acquired an online fashion retailer, I Saw It First. The financial information of this acquisition deal remains undisclosed. The online fashion retailer was founded in 2017 and now has over five million users. In 2015, the e-tailer got launched in Dubai by Jalal Kamani, brother of Mahmud Kamani, the Boohoo Group founder. Later he rolled out its stores in the UK after two years.
