Mass beauty is a massive opportunity for beauty retailers

According to an August 2022 Statista report, the personal care and mass beauty industries are worth $85.06 billion in 2022. The same industry will grow to $99.23 billion by 2026, as foreseen by analysts. Jeannie Morton, beauty sales leader at Amazon Ads, revealed that the beauty shopping experience is also becoming multi-faceted. Consumers love to engage in all sorts of beauty content, like Amazon’s online store, Twitch and streaming T.V. Brands need to connect with consumers through discovery while they browse and offer eco-friendly brand messages. Analysts found that “58% of frequent Amazon beauty shoppers browse or shop in Amazon’s store at least once a week.”
