Patrizio Bertelli and Miuccia Prada, who now serve as co-CEOs, will continue to serve on the board and serve as creative directors for Prada and Miu Miu (the latter of which they co-founded with Raf Simons). Patrizio Bertelli will be suggested to lead the Prada board of directors. and Paolo Zannoni will be proposed for the positions of executive deputy chairman of the Prada board of directors and chairman of Prada Holding.
