Some shows in London Fashion Week have been cancelled in the aftermath of the Queen’s death

After the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, London Fashion Week is still expected to go on, but some events have been called off. Designers are requested to respect the mood by considering the timing of their image release. Burberry’s SS23 show on September 17th is cancelled, and so is Raf Simon’s show. All programmes taking place at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral on September 19 have been postponed. These include Roksanda, Christopher Kane, Supriya Lele, Chopova Lowena, Sinead O’Dwyer, and Chet Lo. Non-essential events like parties, launches and openings have also been rescheduled or cancelled.
