The L’Oréal group is reportedly having talks to acquire the American skincare brand called SkinBetter Science. Pharmaceutical industry professionals, including Jonah Shacknai, Justin Smith and Seth Rodner, co-founded the brand in 2016. SkinBetter Science is a rapidly expanding medical-based skincare brand in the US. The co-founders developed its formula through patented effectual components with luxurious creamy textures. L’Oréal has recently advanced its collaboration with certified dermatologists to gain deep knowledge about the human skin and develop efficacious products accordingly.
